India की startup story अब सिर्फ inspiration नहीं, बल्कि एक strong global economic statement बन चुकी है। Avendus Wealth–Hurun India Uth Series 2025 के मुताबिक, India के under-40 founders करीब $950 billion (₹86 लाख करोड़+) value का business control कर रहे हैं—जो Switzerland की GDP से भी ज्यादा है। इस list में 436 entrepreneurs शामिल हैं, जिन्हें under-30, under-35 और under-40 categories में divide किया गया है। ये founders tech, fintech, healthcare, manufacturing और consumer brands जैसे high-growth sectors से आते हैं। इनकी companies 12 लाख से ज्यादा लोगों को jobs दे रही हैं और India की economy को real momentum दे रही हैं। खास बात यह है कि लगभग 80% founders first-generation entrepreneurs हैं। Nikhil Kamath, Ritesh Agarwal, Ghazal Alagh, Alakh Pandey और Aadit Palicha जैसे names list में शामिल हैं। Bengaluru, Mumbai और Delhi-NCR प्रमुख startup hubs हैं। हालांकि women founders की हिस्सेदारी सिर्फ 8% है, जो gender inclusion की बड़ी challenge दिखाती है।
